Basement Renovation
One Tinius Properties’ project in 2009 was the complete renovation of a young couple’s basement.
We worked with the family to integrate their needs with our capabilities, as you can see with the dramatic transformation of a concrete basement to the fine additions we brought to their home.
The project took about six weeks to complete, and we were able to bring some lovely improvements to the basement, including:

- A full bar, with sink & extra room for storage

- A bright, beautiful spare guest bedroom

- A full bathroom, a must-have extra for any household

- A laundry room with tons of storage space

- A family room with fireplace & beautiful shelving
Our goal is to build places that we are proud to call home—and this unfinished basement became just that: a modern, youthful representation of the young family that lives in it.
